Three Mills Bakery
Three Mills story began in the tiny basement of an ambitious project during the winter of 2013. We set out to build an establishment that included an artisan bakery, local produce restaurant and bar in Canberra’s emerging NewActon precinct. The vision for the bakery was to produce incredible sourdough and laminated pastries using house-milled flour, local ingredients and traditional long fermentation techniques.
Today, with a bigger team of incredible people, the Three Mills family have stayed true to their quest to produce the best hand-formed sourdough and artisan pastries. They love every facet of the food industry; their amazing customers, wonderful team, partnerships, and industry collaborations.
