Le Cheeserie was formed in 2023 by owners Kaitlyn Towner, Alex Royds, and Alex O’Brien. We have a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry; working in some of the best restaurants in Canberra including The Boat House, Podfood, the Ottoman, and Les Bistronomes. We are committed to ensuring Le Cheeserie offers the highest quality cheese and making sure we always provide our customers with an Australian and International selection that are harder to find or in our opinion just phenomenal! Not only do we offer phenomenal cheese, we make delicious toasted sandwiches to showcase the cheese we have in store. We are dedicated to using the best quality ingredients sourced locally, while using both Australian and International cheeses on our toasties. Our vision for being situated inside of the Capital Food Markets is that our customers can purchase cheese from Le Cheeserie and then purchase their bread, meats, and accompaniments all in one place.
